‘Til death do us apart

A one-hour documentary about the life and near-death of Kenneth Foster, a young man who gained the world’s attention and respect for his fight against the Texas courts who sentenced him to death despite the fact that he never committed murder. His 11 year battle to reverse this decision was granted only six hours before he was due to be executed, when Texas governor Rick Perry, for the first time ever commuted a death sentence on humanitarian grounds this past August. The documentary includes exclusive interviews and footage of Kenneth Foster, his marriage by proxy while on death row to his young Dutch wife Tasha, his eleven year old daughter Nydesha, other family, friends and lawyers as well as the family, friends and lawyers of the victim Michael LaHood.
